The 1997 Brut Rosé is a wine made by and for wine lovers. While generally adhering
to traditional Champagne methods, considerable liberty is taken in our interpretation,
creating an emphasis on the Wine in this sparkling wine. With Chardonnay structure
and Pinot Noir opulence - the cuvée is blended with a judicious amount of real,
(red), Pinot Noir. This yields a rich and complex wine that just happens to
sparkle. Our Brut Rosé is vintage dated, vineyard designated, disgorgement-dated,
and has spent three years on the yeast before disgorging and dosage.
