Estates Experience at Mineral Springs Ranch

• Tasting Details:

  • Reservations are required for this experience: Tastings are available Thursday - Monday during our winter hours. One of our wine and hospitality specialists will guide you through a tasting of four of our current release wines offered in a communal setting designed to bring guests together, encouraging conversation, shared discovery, and a sense of connection over wine. Expect to learn about the history of Soter and the Willamette Valley, our biodynamic farming techniques, and why we think this is one of the best places to grow Pinot Noir on earth.

  • Cost: $40 per guest. For each bottle purchased, $10 is credited toward your tasting fee; a four-bottle purchase or club enrollment waives the fee entirely. Planet Oregon wines are excluded from tasting fee waivers.

  • A guided experience: More than just a wine tasting….one of our hospitality specialists will be your dedicated host from the moment you walk through our doors, sharing our story, history, tasting notes and more.

  • Noshes: Please let us know if you would like to purchase a Pantry Board to enjoy with your tasting. Please note, outside food and beverages are not permitted.

  • Little ones: Please include any children or babies in your head count when booking. Please consider the experience of other guests if you are traveling with young children.

  • Groups: We are not able to accommodate parties larger than 8 (eight) guests at one table. Please speak to an associate to make special arrangements for large groups.

  • Large Groups: An auto gratuity of 20% will be applied day of for parties of 9 or more.

  • Need to Cancel? This experience may be canceled and the refunded in full up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. There will be a 50% charge incurred to the card on file for cancellations within 48 hours.

  • Pets: Due to our resident animals and our culinary program, we are unable to accommodate pets on our property.

  • Special Requests: Our goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment for all our guests. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special requests for your visit at Soter Vineyards. We are happy to make accommodations!
