Whether you join us for a guided vineyard walk or seasonal chef-paired experience, every visit is a chance to connect with people, land, and place. This is hospitality that’s human-scaled, inclusive, and rooted in curiosity about wine and where it comes from. Spots are limited to ensure every visit is personal, meaningful, and reflective of our commitment to place and care.

Our Provisions Experience is a guided culinary experience designed to immerse you in the bounty of Mineral Springs Ranch, our regenerative farm and flagship vineyard in the heart of Oregon wine country. Seasonal cooking isn’t a fad at MSR, it’s our way of life. Our pairings change weekly and follows the ebb and flow of our farm’s seasons. Our goal is to source as many of our ingredients as possible from our property. When that’s not possible (we obviously need oysters!), we bring in the highest-quality items from our neighbors along the coast or other organic farms in our region. Our culinary team utilizes our farm’s abundance in the most creative ways. Expect a menu with a diverse array of textures, flavors, and preparations.

Reservations are required for this experience. Tastings are available Friday – Sunday with advance appointment at either 11:30 a.m. or 2:30 pm.
A guided experience. More than just a lunch, one of our hospitality specialists will be your dedicated host from the moment you walk through our doors, sharing our story, history, tasting notes and more.
Come Hungry! We consider the portions ample enough to replace lunch. (Scroll to the bottom of this page to view a sample menu).
Cost: $175 per guest; wine club members, $125 per guest *The club price is available for the first two (2) guests for Pollinator members, four (4) guests for Winegrowers 6-bottle members and the first six (6) guests for Winegrowers 12-bottle members. After applying your applicable discounts (four or six), the price per person is $175. Payment details must be provided at time of booking to secure the reservation, however, your card will not be charged until the day of your tasting.
Adults only, please. As the tasting of wine is essential to the enjoyment of this experience, bookings are reserved for guests 21 years and up.
Dietary restrictions and food allergies are considered with advanced notice; however, not all preferences may be accommodated. Due to the size of our kitchen, allergies and dietary changes may be applied to the entire table’s meal.
Groups We are not able to accommodate parties larger than eight (8) guests at one table. We may be able to accommodate a larger group at multiple tables. For groups of 9–12 guests, the rate is $185 per person. For parties of 13–24, the rate is $195 per person. Please speak to an associate to make special arrangements. An auto-gratuity of 20% will be applied to all parties over nine (9) guests and charged day of. *Please note parties of (2) or less may be combined with other small parties.
Need to Cancel? Please note this experience is refundable in full up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. After 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of original tasting fees.

This experience is the heart of our hospitality program. Previously known as our Classic Tasting, the Estates Experience takes its name from what it showcases: wines grown across our three Soter estate vineyards, thoughtfully expressing place, care for the land, and the hands behind each bottle. During this tasting, you will be warmly welcomed to Mineral Springs Ranch, our flagship vineyard in the heart of Oregon wine country. One of our wine and hospitality specialists will guide you through a tasting of four of our current release wines offered in a communal setting designed to bring guests together, encouraging conversation, shared discovery, and a sense of connection over wine. Expect to learn about the history of Soter and the Willamette Valley, our regenerative and biodynamic farming techniques, and why we think this is one of the best places to grow Pinot Noir on earth. This is an engaging, intimate, and educational experience and tastings usually last around 45 minutes.
Tasting Details:
Reservations are required for this experience: Tastings are available Thursday – Monday during our winter hours December – May and seven days a week during our summer hours May – November. One of our wine and hospitality specialists will guide you through a tasting of four of our current release wines offered in a communal setting designed to bring guests together, encouraging conversation, shared discovery, and a sense of connection over wine. Expect to learn about the history of Soter and the Willamette Valley, our biodynamic farming techniques, and why we think this is one of the best places to grow Pinot Noir on earth.
Cost: $40 per guest. For each bottle purchased, $10 is credited toward your tasting fee; a four-bottle purchase or club enrollment waives the fee entirely. Planet Oregon wines are excluded from tasting fee waivers.

Noshes: Please let us know if you would like to purchase a Pantry Board to enjoy with your tasting. Please note, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Little ones: Please include any children or babies in your head count when booking. Please consider the experience of other guests if you are traveling with young children.
Groups: We are not able to accommodate parties larger than 8 (eight) guests at one table. Please speak to an associate to make special arrangements for large groups.
Large Groups: A 20% automatic gratuity will be applied on the day of service for parties of 9 or more. The tasting fee is $50 per guest. An optional culinary component may be added for $35 per person and is not refundable with bottle purchase.
Need to Cancel? This experience may be canceled and the refunded in full up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. There will be a 50% charge incurred to the card on file for cancellations within 48 hours.

This experience is available exclusively to current wine club members and is designed for guests who have already enjoyed a guided tasting. Members are offered a wider range of tasting times and have access to our patio seating. Our pantry menu is available for guests who’d like to enjoy a snack or two during their tasting.

Reservations are required for this member’s only experience. Members must be present to take advantage of this benefit. To view and secure member exclusive experiences online, Winegrowers & Mineral Springs Club members must be logged into Tock using the primary email address on your membership. Pollinator Club members, please connect with our hospitality team directly.
Wine: We are offering a 4 wine flight and your tasting will last for approximately 45-60 minutes minutes. Only one flight per person, per visit is permitted. Club members receive this experience with our compliments for parties of: (2), (4), or (6) depending on membership tier.
Pantry & Snacks: Members have the option of purchasing some items from our kitchen to complement their experience. Please note, outside food and beverages are not permitted.

The elements: Please note your tasting may be outdoors with some coverage. In the event of extreme weather, we may not be able to relocate you. Please check the forecast before your visit!

Tasting Details:
Reservations are required for this limited experience. Experience begins at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately two hours. This experience will be available on select Sundays from June 7th – August 30th. Please call or text (503) 662-5600 or email hospitality@sotervineyards.com for availability. You may be combined with other groups for a maximum of twelve (12) guests. Please inquire for large parties.
Wine: We are offering a 4 wine flight and your tasting will last for approximately 2 hours.
Food: This tasting includes a light lunch prepared by our in-house culinary team. Please note any food allergies upon booking.
Cost: This experience is $80 per person, $60 per person for Club Members and up to either 4 or 6 guests; dependent on Wine Club Membership; gratuity not included. Payment is due in full to finalize booking.
The elements and accessibility: This experience will include a light hike with modest elevation gains on uneven ground in the sun. Please be sure all participants have a fitness level to match this experience. Currently, we are not able to offer this experience by vehicle for those guests unable to safely and confidently walk and/or hike. Please be prepared with sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, or a water bottle.
Little ones: This experience is reserved for guests 21 and up.
