Demeter-certified biodynamics treats the vineyard not as a source of product, but as a living community, one shaped by lunar cycles, soil microbes, root systems, the grazing patterns of Highland cattle, and the accumulated wisdom of every season that came before this one. It goes beyond organic certification, requiring the entire farm to function as a self-sustaining ecosystem.

We farm this way because we believe that wine grown from healthy, living soil carries something into the glass that farming from depleted soil cannot. Call it minerality. Call it terroir. We call it honesty.

Membership opens the full estate to you. Three times a year, a carefully chosen selection of Soter wines arrives at your door, curated by us and shaped by you. You hear about new releases and library wines before anyone else. You are invited to experiences at the ranch that are not open to the public. And you have the kind of direct relationship with a winery that most collectors spend years trying to find. We ship to over 40 states.
