Raise a glass to the debut of our fourth edition Soter Estates Brut Reserve! Join us on the lawn for a golden-hour celebration as we unveil the Fourth Edition of our Soter Estates Brut Reserve. This radiant summer gathering pairs the elegance of traditional method bubbles with the comfort of perfectly crisped MSR fried chicken—served alongside seasonal sides and live music that lingers in the air.
Each ticket includes a splash of our newly released Brut Reserve upon arrival, glass of wine with dinner, and a generous helping of classic summer fare - fried chicken and all the fixins. Vegetarian or gluten-free? Thoughtfully crafted alternatives are available upon request.
Bring your coziest blanket, your favorite people, and settle in for an evening of effortless delight—where every sip sparkles, every bite satisfies, and the sunset becomes the soundtrack. Table seating is available. Music provided by Satellite Blooms and Mallory Mead aka Mahonia Mist.

VIBE. This is a casual summer dinner, with an upscale ‘Backyard BBQ’ flair! We’ll be enjoying the beautiful outdoors in and around our tasting room. You can expect to be inside, outside and on uneven ground. Flats (closed toe) or boots are highly recommended, and heels are discouraged.
MENU. Fried chicken and all the fixings, not to mention bubbles-what could be better?
WHAT TO BRING? Layers! This event is outdoors, and it can become chilly as the sun sets. We’ll be ending our evening by the bonfire, so guests are welcome to bring a lawn chair or blanket to linger fireside.
BE PREPARED FOR THE ELEMENTS. We hold our party rain or shine so please prepare accordingly. Bring a hat and/or sunscreen to enjoy the outdoor festivities. This is also peak allergy season! Our vineyards are surrounded by various agricultural crops including fields of grass seed that are pollinating. We want you to enjoy yourself in every way so please stash some extra antihistamines for good measure.
PETS. We cannot accommodate pets on our property so please leave your furry friends at home.
DESIGNATE A DRIVER. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and arrive home safely. If you arrive with a driver who is not a party attendee, there are great spots for these folks to wait for you in both Carlton and McMinnville. Please let us know if you need recommendations.
