Pollinator Wine Club

Dear Pollinator Club Members,

Thank you for being part of our community and for the care and curiosity you bring to what we grow and make. Each seasonal release is a snapshot of place and time, and we are glad to share these bottles with you. Your winter wine club allocation includes:

2023 Mineral Springs White Label Chardonnay - Barrel fermented with extra lees and aged 18 months in bottle, the second release of our Mineral Springs White Label Chardonnay arrives with a gorgeous gold color and a glint of green. It opens with ripe apple, baked pear, a whisper of caramel, toasted crust, and warm spice, while a current of bright acidity lifts the luxurious texture and carries flavors of apple, mineral, and spice through a long, lingering finish. Equally at home over a slow meal or quietly evolving in the cellar, this is a wine that rewards patience.

2024 Soter Savannah Ridge Pinot Noir - The 2024 Savannah Ridge is generous and inviting from the first pour, offering a graceful aromatic lift of red fruits, dried flowers, and a savory herbal spice that runs throughout. On the palate, bright red fruit flavors are shaped by an elegant, silky texture and a lively acidity that keeps everything in motion, carrying through to a juicy, energetic finish. Of the three wines in this release, this is the most immediately expressive, approachable and complete from the start, yet built with enough balance and vitality to reward those who choose to wait. Best drinking: 2027 to 2030.

2024 Soter Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir - The 2024 Ribbon Ridge is a wine of quiet depth and old-world character. It opens to scents of dark bramble, cola, and an iron-edged minerality that is very much its own, with a predominant blackberry fruitiness at its core. In the mouth, that fruit persists and expands, wrapped in a texture that is rustic and structured in the best sense, with dusty tannins and a dark, brambly persistence that gives the wine a beguiling and lasting charm. This is a wine that rewards patience, both in the glass and in the cellar, unfolding gradually for those willing to give it a moment. Best drinking: 2027 to 2030.

May these wines be opened in celebration and shared often, adding brightness to your table, depth to your conversations, and delight to each moment you pause to savor them. It is a privilege to share this work with you and to have your continued trust and engagement.
