2021 Mineral Springs Brut Rosé
The first wine we ever made was sparkling. Bold—perhaps even a little risky at the time—that choice continues to echo in the Brut Rosé, a wine as captivating as it is complex. Crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the 2021 bottling is lush yet lithe, carrying the vitality of fruit and the refinement that only patience in bottle can bring. Its hue alone delights: a shimmering magenta-gold as it catches light. Aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal, and fresh brioche mingle with flavors of ripe peach, tart raspberry, and a saline edge that anchors its vibrancy.
2023 Mineral Springs Ranch Pinot Noir
Each year, our flagship wine brings us back to where it all began. First planted in 2002, Mineral Springs Ranch has grown into maturity, offering new dimensions with every vintage. The 2023 Pinot Noir reflects that evolution—aromas of black cherry, dried herbs, and graphite layered with boysenberry, plum, and a whisper of forest floor.
Expansive yet finely tuned, it is the truest voice of this place: a wine that speaks of endurance, grace, and the quiet constancy of the vineyard.

We hope you can join us for the Fall Wine Club Release Party on Friday, October 10th, Saturday, October 11th, or Sunday, October 12th. This event will feature newly released wines with culinary delights. Reservations are limited to a total:

Our Friday evening release party is for those wanting a more personal and casual setting, as there are less members in attendance. Savor the new wine releases alongside unique paired bites, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Clayton Allen and our MSR Culinary Team.
Pollinator members must secure all reservations directly with our hospitality team. Please email us for personal assistance in securing your reservation.
Give Back & Win: We're proud to continue our longtime partnership with YCAP (Yamhill County Action Partnership) to support our local community. Bring non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation to help make a difference—and be entered to win some fantastic raffle prizes!
Payment processing will begin on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, for all members and the credit card associated with your membership will be charged. Members are responsible for making account updates and order changes by the end of the day on Sunday, October 5th 2025. We are happy to cellar your wine orders for up to six (6) months after purchase. Due to limited cellar capacity, all wine orders that are pending pick-up after 6 months are eligible for a monthly $10 cellaring charge at the beginning of each month if arrangements have not been made to receive your wines. We appreciate your understanding.

Your wine will be available for pick-up starting on Wednesday, October 8th - the day following wine club processing. We remain open daily from 10 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. for pick-up. To ensure your wines are readily available, please secure a pick-up only appointment time with our hospitality team.

If the shipping address attached to your membership needs to be updated for any reason, you are responsible for updating your account online or informing us directly to ensure you successfully receive your shipment.
Anticipated ship dates are listed below by state. We will ship your wine on this date via the method listed unless the weather does not permit. Shipping methods for each state are selected to be the most cost-effective and safest form of transportation for your wine. If we need to hold your shipment or change your shipping method due to weather, we will contact you directly. You will also receive direct notifications from your shipping carrier with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your wine is in transit. We recommend tracking your package directly with the carrier for the most accurate information, you may also wish to sign up for either FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice to best track and make changes to your deliveries.
For convenient delivery, we encourage shipping to a nearby FedEx location where you'll have five (5) business days to collect your wine after delivery. Contact us for assistance in finding the closest location to you.
