2021 ‘White Label’ Chardonnay

This inaugural bottling of still Chardonnay from Mineral Springs Vineyard is a moment we've long awaited, and it certainly delivers. Barrel fermented with extra lees to enrich both texture and flavor, this wine was bottled in March 2023 and aged for 18 months before its release. The result is a beautifully balanced wine, with elegant aromas of quince and ripe lemon, layered with flavors of pear, clover honey, and a refreshing touch of lemon and honeydew melon—rich yet effortlessly light.
